The Directors
Hilary Channing and Anna Hammond formed Channing Hammond in 2005 after spending six years
working as Directors in Executive Recruitment and HR Consultancy. Prior to this they both spent over ten years working in senior HR posts
within the private sector, Hilary at British Airways and Futuremedia and Anna at Sainsbury's and World Duty Free.
Hilary has extensive experience of managing senior level recruitment assignments and is well placed to advise clients on all aspects of
successfully attracting and selecting senior level staff. A qualified HR professional (MCIPD) Hilary also holds the BPS Levels A and B in
psychometric testing and is also a qualified Myers Briggs practitioner. |

Anna brings a range of HR experience to Channing Hammond. She has supported organisations through mergers and provided strategic
HR support on an interim and consultancy basis. A qualified HR professional (MCIPD) Anna is also qualified with the BPS holding Levels A and
B in psychometric testing. |

Both Directors have led and delivered a wide range of projects including executive recruitment, pay reviews, assessment, development,
strategic HR and career transition. Recent assignments have included the provision of HR advice and assessment services to merging
organisations; development centres and reporting for over 60 senior managers; Chief Executive and Director level external recruitment.
The Directors are supported by a team of consultants with specialisms in reward, recruitment and assessment, employment law and
organisational development.
