Hightown Praetorian & Churches Housing Association is a regional provider of a wide range of affordable housing and support services for families and single people. We have a large and successful Care and Supported Housing function operating in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire providing services to over 700 people with a wide range of needs including mental health and learning disabilities, domestic abuse, homelessness and young people's services.
As Director of Care and Supported Housing you will:
- Provide strategic leadership and management to a team of over 350 people to ensure the highest possible standards of service to our residents and customers.
- Respond proactively to emerging business development and growth opportunities.
- Represent the association and form effective partnerships with our stakeholders.
With a comprehensive knowledge of the Care and Supported Housing sector you will demonstrate the ability to understand and meet the current challenges and opportunities affecting our business. On a personal level, your integrity and inclusive leadership style will inspire and motivate your team to deliver the best possible services for our service users.
