Moving forward is our dedicated programme for those affected by redundancy. Primarily aimed at senior managers, we can tailor a programme that gets you moving on, looking forward and presenting yourself in the best possible light. This is normally run on a one-to-one basis.
Our programme also covers the eventuality of a number of staff being affected by redundancy whereby we offer group sessions to assist people in moving on.
