Executive Recruitment:
Our menu-based approach ensures that the recruitment services we deliver are directly targeted to your requirements and budget. You can therefore choose a fully managed approach - or you can simply select or combine services from the following:
- Advertising, compilation of briefing papers or design of recruitment micro sites and online response handling and administration
- Shortlisting and initial interview of candidates
- Competency based assessment centres with or without psychometric testing
Our objective and independent assessment centres can be used as a stand-alone service to support your recruitment processes at all levels. They can also be very effective in helping you to identify talent for succession planning, promotion and in supporting decision making processes during restructures and mergers.
Search:
We carry out in-depth research to identify suitable candidates from within and outside your sector. After making an initial confidential approach, we conduct structured telephone interviews with those candidates who express an interest in the opportunity. Having qualified candidates' CVs and undertaken the telephone interviews, we can then either forward details to you or shortlist candidates to attend a face-to-face interview.
