Executive Search:
- At Channing Hammond we undertake research to identify suitable candidates from within and outside your sector. After
making an initial confidential approach, we conduct structured telephone interviews with those candidates who express an interest in the
opportunity. Having qualified candidate's CVs and undertaken the telephone interviews we can then either forward details to you or
shortlist candidates to attend a face to face interview with Channing Hammond. Reports are produced, accompanied by interview notes on
those candidates being put forward.
Selection:
