Spectrum Housing Group was formed in 2007 as a result of a merger between Signpost and Spinnaker Housing Groups.
With a turnover of £80m, we own and manage over 15,000 homes and maintain a further 30,000 across the South and
South West of England.
We are looking to recruit three talented finance professionals for key new roles within our re-structured finance team.
Together you will be instrumental in bringing together the finance function, currently spread over three geographical
areas, harmonising processes and procedures and ensuring the implementation of the new Group accounting system.
